StopAfib.org Patient Information QR Code Campaign

StopAfib.org is a non-profit organization that helps educate patients who have been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. StopAfib.org has been a leader in using QR Codes to make their information more easily accessible. A scan of the QR Code on the reverse side of StopAfib.org‘s patient information cards – which are provided by health care professionals – opens a mobile directory of all of the resources provided by StopAfib.org.
